In our challenging, two-year trainee program, we develop our future management. As a team member you assume responsibility from the outset, work independently on your own projects and contribute to the success of your team. Our training program also includes several months’ stays abroad at one of our locations in Poland or Italy as well as in our vegetable processing plants Elbtal and Rheintal. This will help you to get a very varied and deep insight into our company and to build up a professional network during your trainee program. With the aid of qualified on- and off-the-job training, we support the expansion of your expertise.

After completing your trainee program successfully, you have the best prerequisites to undertake demanding tasks at FRoSTA within the framework of an indefinite contract with the prospect of a rapid rise to management.

Your Profile

University degree (Master)

Business fluent in English and preferably in a second foreign language

First professional experience, e.g. in form of internships 

Passion for food and keen to assume responsibility

Start of application period: April 2018
