General Information for the recruitment process:
A good and above all complete application is your personal starting point for the FRoSTA application process. The online application form can be reached via the respective tender (just click “apply now!”).
If your application convinces us and we want to get to know you, we invite you to a day at FRoSTA. If you applied as an industrial clerk or business administrator, an assessment center awaits you. For the professions specialist for food technology, Mechatronics /-in, electronic technician /-in for automation technology and specialist for warehouse logistics, an aptitude test, which among other things includes a knowledge test as well as a group work.
After a successful assessment centre or aptitude test, the job interview is the last part of our recruitment process. Therefore, we invite you once again, to have a personal conversation with you and the respective contact persons in our house.
