As FRoSTA, it is important to us that we take responsibility. For us, this also means that we are fully committed to human rights, environmental and social standards. This applies not only to our own business practices and supply chains worldwide, but also to our employees, business partners, raw material procurement, distribution and marketing of our products.
We firmly believe that together we can make a positive contribution to the protection of human rights and the environment.
Responsible and sustainable management
With the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (in Germany = LkSG), the legislator has created a framework to ensure that responsible and sustainable operations are carried out along the entire supply chain. The law is intended to help prevent or prevent existing and future human rights violations.
With this in mind, we have drafted a policy statement in accordance with § 6 LkSG. In it, we are committed to respecting human rights and environmental concerns both in our own business practices and in global supply chains. In addition, we have introduced a complaints procedure in accordance with § 8 LkSG in the form of our Rules of Procedure. This process can be used to report both internal and external violations of human rights or indications of potential risks, which we then investigate immediately.
