Compliance is very important to us at FRoSTA. We are committed to fair competition and compliance with all applicable national and international laws. We do not tolerate any form of corruption, bribery or price fixing. In addition, FRoSTA has a zero-tolerance policy towards any illegal business practice. Furthermore, we are very proud that people from many different countries and cultures work with us which we see as one of our greatest assets. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination.
All employees must follow our Code of Conduct link, which was published in February 2021. It states all the rules of conduct that are essential for us and provides our employees with reliable orientation.
An additional Code of Conduct defines ethical and social standards for our suppliers in alignment with the conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI).
We have implemented an anonymous internet-based whistleblower system to insure the safety of all of our employees, customers, suppliers and other parties who report significant violations to our codes of conduct and other offences. This system is available in German, English, Polish and Italian and allows a confidential dialogue with the FRoSTA Compliance Department secured by special encryption.
